WELCOME TO ENVIRONMENTAL LAW INSTITUTE OF KENYA.
Environmental Law Institute of Kenya (ELIK) is an environment-expert-led non-governmental organization (NGO), established in 2009. We specialize in working with various environmental experts and other relevant stakeholders to monitor, analyze and document factors which affect peoples’ physical and social environments. We also advocate for the observance and implementation of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, the International Instruments and other environmental Laws in order to prevent, protect and assist people caught in the crises due to non-observance and lack of implementation of the aforesaid legal instruments.
